Another solar trash compactor installed in Pensacola! Located at Chase St. and Palafox St. which is so apropos for busy Palafox Market on Saturdays! The mighty trash compactor holds up to five times the amount of trash as a regular can. Sponsored by IMPACT 100 Pensacola Bay Area and City of Pensacola - Government in an effort to have P’COLA become more eco friendly and support sustainability! 🚮

Let’s show some LOVE for P’COLA Beaches ❤️. Sunday, Feb 15th marks the date for the next OCEAN HOUR FL Beach Clean Up. Sign up is at 8:45 am and clean up is from 9:00 to 10:00am. All clean up supplies are provided. Bring your own REFILLABLE water bottle and sun protection. Feel free to donate beach toys at any cleanup for the Beach Borrow Bins

Let’s - go to the beach- and Fly A Kite! Far more fun than building sand castles, flying kites over the sea and sand is beautiful! Join the kite flying activities, local vendors, food trucks, and demonstrations from Chicago Kite and SkyFX. Proceeds from the event support Pensacola’s seniors and programs served by Council on Aging. Kite’s on the Coast is a two day event with Kite flying demonstrations:
• Lighted Night Fly🪁 (weather permitting)
• Kids’ Activities
• Food Trucks
• Kites for sale🪁 on site or bring your own to fly!
