PENSACOLA ULTIMATE FRISBEE 🥏

Ultimate Frisbee, also known as Ultimate, is a team sport, no-contact, played like football but with a flying disc; aka. a FRISBEE. The goal is to score points by catching the frisbee within the opponent's end zone. Here’s how it's played:

  • Two teams of seven players compete on a field similar in length to a football field but a bit narrower.

  • Players pass the disc to one another to advance it down the field 

  • Players can't run with the frisbee!

  • If a pass is incomplete, the other team takes possession

  • Self-refereed

Pick Up games: Tuesday’s / Thursday’s. Complete a Participation Waiver and meet up at Rec Plex N. Park. Wanna watch a game before you join in? Love at First Flight 🥏 UWF vs. Pensacola Ultimate on Feb 15th. It’s not too late to join the game - sign up is individual and teams are created randomly. This is a great opportunity to experience the sport of ULTIMATE and make new friends!
