See ya out there.

COMMUNITY & COUNTY NEWS
Library Leadership: We have a new neighbor at the helm! Christal Bell-Rivera was just selected as our new Library Services Director to oversee all our West Florida Public Libraries.
Galvez Landing Boat Ramp: Good news for the boaters—the ramp reopened this past Saturday after a quick maintenance break. It's ready for those spring fishing trips!
Neighborly Cleanup: If you have kin in Brownsville South, today (Wednesday, March 11th) is their neighborhood cleanup day. It’s the perfect time to clear out those old appliances or furniture for free.
Scam Alert: Be an angel and warn your readers about a Planning and Zoning scam. Some folks have been getting fake emails asking for immediate payment for rezoning requests—the county wants everyone to know those are fraudulent!

MARCH FORECAST
Expect the lovely, quintessential Florida spring: plenty of mild, sunny days perfect for the beach, with temperatures easing into the 70s and a nice coastal breeze. Get outdoors P’COLA!

PENSACOLA REAL ESTATE
NEW CONSTRUCTION BOOM = HUGE INCENTIVES FOR YOU!
This market is a game-changer for buyers, because builders need to move their inventory, so they are offer incredible, almost 'pre-pandemic' amazing deals:
Lower Interest Rates: Forget trying to pay your bank to buy down rate; the builders are doing it for you!
Closing Cost Assistance: Builders are offering thousands of dollars to cover a buyer’s closing costs, reducing or even eliminating the cash needed to close the deal.
"Freebies" as the Standard: Need a new refrigerator, washer, and dryer? Many builders are including an appliance package, blinds, and even fenced backyards as part of the purchase price.
The majority of Pensacola’s new construction homes are focused within three areas of Pensacola:
1- Beulah: Think of it as the 'suburban paradise' of Pensacola: brand-new schools (like the new Beulah Middle School), new stores, new parks and easy access to I-10 for commuters.
2 -Perdido Key & SW Escambia: Perdido is bustling with new townhome developments, offering 'beach lifestyle' housing without the multi-million dollar price tag of a Gulf-front single-family home.
3 -Cantonment: North of 9 mile continues to grow steadily, offering larger lots and a quieter, more rural feel, with builders focusing on family-friendly subdivisions.
