RIverdance - a spectacular 30th anniversary tour. If you’ve never witnessed professional Irish dancing this might be your chance! It’s an elegant sort of dance mixed with a bit if chaos, wrapped in black shoes and shimmery outfits—like ballet, but with more speed. With a stiff upper body, the dancers legs appear to be working overtime, tapping, kicking, and turning (makes me think they’ve had too much coffee). All of this happens to the sound of traditional music that makes you feel like you should be at an Irish celebration (You kinda are at their 30th Anniversary tour and it kinda is their celebration). The energy is infectious!
