Festivities kick off with the Grand Fiesta Parade rolling through downtown with floats and flying beads, followed by the Fiesta Boat Parade on Pensacola Bay. The celebration wraps up when the krewe’s gather for a formal All Krewe Ball.

The water temp is PERFECT at Pensacola Beach! Hovering between 78°F - 79°F - incredibly refreshing. Git to the beach!

 See ya out there.

PENSACOLA REAL ESTATE

Is the Pensacola Housing Market Heating Up or Cooling Off for Summer?

June is the busiest! However- Pensacola sellers can no longer throw a sign in the yard and expect highest bids or cash offers in 48 hours; they have to price realistically. Meanwhile, buyers actually have room to negotiate for the first time in years.

Buyers are skipping the "Fixer-Uppers" and buying new.

National builders, in our markets off the beach, are offering massive summer incentives including major $$$ credits to the buyers for their closing costs or aggressive interest rate buy-downs (e.g., locking in a rate 1–2% below the market average). Some are even throwing in all appliances and blinds. This is great for buyers struggling with affordability, or those who want more a expensive home, without increasing their monthly mortgage payment. Let’s go tour a home!
