YANCY SPENCER III MEMORIAL SURF CONTEST 🏄

INNERLIGHT SURF SHOP is sponsoring the YANCY SPENCER III MEMORIAL SURF CONTEST 2025. Yancy began his surfing in 1965 on the Gulf Coast. A life-sized memorial statue of Yancy can be seen at Casino Beach. Yancy also founded Innerlight Surf Shop in 1969, which continues to be operated by his family.

This family friendly event will draw surfers from all over. You can expect to see surfing, enjoy food, music and a surf contest.

INK MASTERS TATTOO EXPO 🖊️

2025 PENSACOLA TATTOO EXPO will be held at the Pensacola Interstate Fair - Building 1 (Expo Hall)! This is the 9th annual Pensacola Tattoo Expo hosted by Ink Masters Tattoo Show! Live tattooing all weekend by over 100 award winning tattoo artists from around the country! All different styles from realism, traditional, black and grey, to color tattoos.

Sunrise and Sunset are important cues for resetting and synchronizing your circadian rhythm - your body's internal clock that regulates sleep-wake cycles and various bodily functions.

Setting your eyes on the morning sun can shift your clock up, realigning your circadian rhythm so you can fall asleep and wake up more easily. Same for Sunset, the change in light levels, particularly the shift from bright light to dim light, signals your brain to adjust hormone production and prepare for sleep.
