FLORA BAMA MULLET TRIATHLON

SAVE THE DATE 📆: 12 Apr

April 12th is right around the corner - time for the FLORA BAMA 27th Annual Mullet Man Triathlon! This is known to be a wonderful event to partake in and a great experience for families to view from the sidelines. Enjoy a day on the beach!

The Triathlon Course is as follows:

• The swim: 1/4 mile in the Ole River behind the Flora-Bama Yacht Club & Ole River Grill. 

• The bike: 16.5 miles and will begin at the Flora-Bama Liquor Store.

• The run: 3.9 mile run starting at the Liquor Store.

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society in memory of M. Lane Gilchrist, the late, popular Mayor of Gulf Breeze, FL.

🐾 PUPS IN P’COLA / Adoptable Dog of the Week

How adorable is baby Spudnik?! Born on 12/11/24. He is a ChiWeenie (AKA Chihuahua/Dachshund mix) and will be a teeny tiny ChiWeenie! (His mom is only 8 pounds.) He is a super sweet pup with TONS of energy! He is very outgoing and loves all other dogs, even the big ones. He is fine with cats. He is puppy pad trained and uses the doggie door. Since Spudnik is young and will have a lot of energy, it’s recommend he have a home with a fenced-in backyard and/or plans for daily exercise and socialization.
